Getting Batch spirits to you swiftly and safely is of paramount importance to us. Most of parcels are sent via Royal Mail, and in some instances by courier.
How much does delivery cost?
As an estimate delivery cost is available in the shop, before you purchase. The delivery cost is subject to changes imposed by the delivery companies we use.
How long will my order take?
The majority of our orders are dispatched via 2nd class Royal Mail, and usually take between 2-8 working days. If you spend £30 or more you will automatically qualify for free standard deliver (2nd class Royal Mail). In some instances, larger orders will be dispatched by courier and take between 2-8 working days.
If you select Royal Mail 1st class at checkout, you must place your order by 12pm in order for us to process it on the same day. Orders placed after midday on Friday, or orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business working day. Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class parcels the next working day.

In unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, there maybe a short wait on some items whilst we obtain them for you. If you require an order urgently then please contact us and we will advise of availability.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the UK mainland, highlands and islands.
The delivery charge is calculated based on the delivery postcode and will be displayed on our shopping cart page.
Batch regrets that as of yet we do not deliver internationally. However we are happy to send goods on your behalf to friends or family in the UK so that they can pass them on to you.
Can I use a different address for shipping?
We are happy to send your order to a different address if this is more convenient for you. You will have an option to enter your chosen delivery address at checkout.
How do I return goods?
Refunds will only be provided for faulty or damaged goods.
