Buddha’s Hand Gin

Buddha's Hand Gin is an exploration of Chinese botanicals inspired by a friend in China. It incorporates some classic Chinese flavours on a well balanced, dry gin “rootstock”.  The botanicals include Buddha’s hand – a citrus fruit, and Sichuan pepper. Flavours that are familiar to the Chinese palate, but newly balanced with juniper and coriander seeds, bringing something special to the UK market.

50ml Buddha's Hand Gin
Premium tonic
Slice of fresh ginger and a slice of pomelo

Fill a Copa glass with ice, swirl to cool the glass and drain excess water. Add gin, top up with tonic and garnish with ginger and pomelo.
